Added options in labelling and recording

More options for RoHS labelling

Reel aMounts now gives user sites a choice when labelling RoHS compliant material.

The label can include a logo (to JEDEC standard JESD97) or alternatively any idenitifying text chosen by the site. For example, "RoHS Compliant".

More options for label printing

Reel aMounts now allows the user to specify the number of labels to be printed for any reel.

A typical use for this is where the reel is stored in a moisture proof bag, and one label is required for the reel plus a second for the bag.

More options for tracking material

Reel aMounts now allows the user to record the transfer of material from one count ID to another.

This is useful in situations where material is taken from one kit to be given to another and accurate attrition reporting is still required.
