How It Works
For each process or test stage –
Product Trakker checks if the product –
- is in the correct place.
- is at an acceptable revision level.
- has exceeded its permissible loop count at this location.
Products which fail these checks cannot be processed.
Product Trakker then –
- checks if the product requires rework.
- gives the operator details of rework required, or just carried out.
During the process, Product Trakker –
- captures test data from any attached equipment.
- records any test results.
Following the process Product Trakker –
- if required, asks the operator for further details of failure, rework needed.
- routes the product to the next process, depending on test results.
- can route failing products to debug stations, where a technician is presented with all captured test information and complete product history to aid in diagnosing problems.
