Traceability

Every operator action or automated action creates a transaction record within Product Trakker.

Transactions build a complete history for each serial number including –

• Part number and revision.
  
  
• Current status and location.
  
  
• Date, time, location and employee for each process stage.
  
  
• Result of each process stage including any defects discovered.
  
  
• Cycle time at and between each stage.
  
  
• Loop count at each stage.
  
  
• Joining to and separation from other products.
  
  
• Rework required and carried out.
  
  
• Customer, system ID and order number.
